KP Projects is an independent property improvement and project coordination service. We help homeowners, landlords, estate agents and businesses organise and manage property projects across Leeds and the surrounding areas.

Finding reliable trades, getting quotes and coordinating each stage of the work can be stressful and time-consuming. We take that on for you. From the first consultation to the final review, you have one point of contact who arranges and compares quotes from suitable tradespeople, plans the order of work, keeps everyone communicating and keeps you updated on progress.
